under reference, the block, which is antiquated and out

of date, will no longer be required for hospital accommodation.

The Crown lease of the site, however, restricts its user in

similar terms to that of Inland Lot No.361 and the Hospital

Authorities now request that this restriction may be

similarly relaxed so as to permit the erection on the site of buildings the rental of which will be devoted to the

purposes of the Hospital. I recommend this request for

your approval.
